SHIPPING & REFUNDS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. If the 30 days are due, unfortunately we can’t offer a return, refund or exchange. We offer free shipping on purchases of $20 or more, but the customer is responsible to pay the shipping cost for the returning item(s), unless the product is defective.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Allow us 24 hours to respond with instructions on how to return the items from your order.
Any returned item must be in its original condition. One your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for a period of 5 to 10 business day for us to process the refund once you’ve been approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you purchased the wrong product by accident, or changed of mind, you are able to request an exchange of product. To be eligible your item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. You can exchange it for the correct item with the same price or higher. We don’t offer refund or credits when exchanging an item. Alternatively, you can return the item to receive a full refund and then repurchase the correct one.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS, DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If you consider the product is defective or damaged, please Contact Us with your order number, brief explanation of your case, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
If you have a missing or lost package, please Contact Us with your order number, and we’ll do our best to locate the package or help you with a replacement.
If you received a damaged package, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, images showing the damages and the shipping label. We’ll make sure to fix the issue.
